You are a young Hamburg based artist looking for a space for your artistic work or project?

The MeetFrida Foundation wants to support young, emerging artists in Hamburg - therefore we offer a temporary studio space for Hamburg artists, attached to our MeetFrida space in Hamburg Eppendorf and followed by a salon exhibition.

Send us a written CV about yourself, a portfolio of your work and a short abstract about why and for which project you need the space (approx. 12 m2 old building attic, window facing north).
You will get your own studio room, where you can work completely undisturbed, without any costs for rent. At the end of your residency we will present your work or project in a salon evening in our MeetFrida space.

what we offer:

You get your own small studio space (approx. 12 sqm, old building attic, window to the north side), directly attached to our MeetFrida Space in Hamburg Eppendorf

Time frame: starting immediately, for about 3-9 months depending on your needs or project.

You automatically become an official artist of the MeetFrida Foundation and will be featured with an artist profile on our website.

At the end of the residency, your work will be presented to an interested audience of art lovers, curators and collectors in an exhibition with a salon evening and artist talk.

What you offer

You have a university degree in art or are currently studying fine arts

You are currently working full-time as an artist

You have already had at least one exhibition in galleries or museums

You submit a letter of recommendation from curators, professors or collectors

You are interested?
