Ich sehe mich als modernen Geschichtenerzähler mit den klassischen Mitteln der Malerei. Für mich war die figürliche Malerei immer ein Zugang zu anderen Welten und in meiner teils surrealen Malerei versuche ich nun, den Menschen in der stetig verändernden Umwelt zu verorten. Ich will eine neue Erzählung für den Menschen in Bezug zur Natur begründen. 


I see myself as a modern storyteller with the classical means of painting. For me, figurative painting has always been an access to other worlds and in my partly surreal painting I now try to locate man in the constantly changing environment. I want to establish a new narrative for man in relation to nature.

Der geheime Garten ist ein Moment absoluter Verzauberung. Es ist eine ort- und raumübergreifende Erzählung von der Freiheit des Spiels. Die Figuren agieren untereinander und sind gleichzeitig sehr reflektiert. Es ist der gemalte Naturzustand.

The Secret Garden is a moment of absolute enchantment. It is a narrative of the freedom of play that transcends place and space. The characters interact with each other and at the same time are very reflective. It is the painted state of nature.
